I'm a 3rd party seller on Amazon. More than a year ago, I bought Amazon account suspension insurance from another broker. Some time later, James Allen acquired my policy. I received no notification that my policy changed hands. As it was getting time to renew the policy, I received no prompting or reminder to renew. If James Allen wasn't going to renew those kind of policies, I received no notification of that either. Just complete silence.
