Better Faster Urgent Care is a state-of-the-art urgent care center in Southlake, TX. Founded in 2013 by Alan Dennington, MD, he felt most practices didn't hold the necessary resources to take care of most urgent care problems. To avoid sending these patients to the ER for complete non-emergent care, he developed Better Faster Urgent Care to be the next-generation urgent care provider.

Keith McInnerney is a nationally board certified physician assistant. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and played Div. 1 NCAA baseball at Texas A&M University before earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he was on the Dean's list and named Most Outstanding Physician Assistant Student.

I was referred to Better Faster Urgent Care by a coworker in 2020 when rapid COVID tests were more frequently needed. I've returned twice since then for rapid testing. I have been very pleased with my care. The staff is very friendly and informative. The process was smooth and quick, and I was given my results within the hour based on their workload. I highly suggest this location to anyone who is needing to see someone quickly when they are sick.

I love this facility and the staff! I’ve gone here many times and have also had to take my kiddos here. They are responsive and you can tell they really care. I’ve never had issues with getting worked into the schedule, in these crazy times, they’re doing their best and they hold true to their name. It’s so convenient and so quick!

I have been a customer at this facility on two occasions and both experiences were outstanding. The online check-in is very convenient, the entire staff is friendly and courteous, and the service is thorough and fast. I have experienced service with other similar providers and Better Faster Urgent Care is the BEST!

Amazing service! Receptionist was so patient and friendly. The medical assistant who did the Covid test took her time to explain everything to my son and helped to calm his anxiety. Then when I was connected to the nurse for results she was amazing! So calm and so helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back and refer them!

I was having a huge mess in my personal life happen and was an absolute disaster when I went in here. Having a hard time talking because I was trying not to cry, physically shaking, etc. Their staff was beyond caring and so sweet throughout the entire experience, and got me taken care of quickly. Huge thanks to them. They made something that could’ve added to a traumatic life event into an easy and calming process.
