Well, you've done it. You're never getting rid of me as a customer. I'm a B2B and I usually go the way of the big box store - but no longer- IT'S ALL LOCAL FROM NOW ON. I had a client that needed something very specific and Springfield Stamp & Engraving blew all the internet competitors out of the water. As far as turn around time, quality, and customer service they are absolutely AMAZING! I had ordered something from an online competitor and when I delivered the item to my client it failed and failed spectacularly. I called up these guys and they were able to SAVE THE DAY! My client was stoked

I exclusivelyuse Springfield stamp and engraving for any name tags or nameplates I need made. My company uses them and they're by far true Craftsman what they make. Nothing looks halfway done, everything look professional and made with care. I'm on my third name tag made by them and I'll keep coming back as long as I can.

I work for an architecture firm and we are licenced in many states, requiring stamps and seals for each of them. John is always accommodating our needs. We often request stamps to be expedited, going as far as requesting them to be made within a day. Today was no exception, however he surprised us, and, got our stamp made within just a few hours of our request! John has always been VERY quick, and, always exceeds our expectations in quality and price!
