Dr. Rachel Harris Monteiro is the founder of River Oaks Dental and is a general dentist, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Monteiro graduated from The Bolles School, and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Florida.
She then attended dental school at the University of Louisville, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Monteiro has a true passion for dentistry and is able to serve Jacksonville with cosmetic dentistry, dentures, dental implants, dental crowns, preventative care, and much more.
