Howard A Fetner has been practicing in Jacksonville for over 26 yrs. Althoufsfsdfsfaasfsdgh he is a New York native, he moved to Jacksonville to attend college. He earned his bachelors degree in microbiology and his dental degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Fetner is a member of American Dental Association and Jacksonville Dental Society northeast district.
