As the founder of Atlanta Speech Therapy, she has worked as a speech-language pathologist for over 10 years. Anesha earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida and her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University, where she conducted research in language and literacy, graduating magna cum laude.

Speech and language development is a useful indicator in determining later school success. Early detection and intervention offers the most promising chances for improvement. If you are concerned about your child, a brief screening (20 mins) of sound production, language comprehension and expressive communication can be completed in office to determine if a detailed evaluation is necessary.

Speech therapy is often stated as a covered benefit by most insurances, though coverage is dependent on the member's specific plan and a primary medical diagnosis. A prescription from your physician will be necessary prior to evaluation. We also provide courtesy out-of-network billing to all other insurance companies (not listed above).
