I booked 2 shoots through ECE, and I still have not been fully paid for one that was over 8 months ago, despite receiving confirmation that the agency received payment 3 months ago. All my further questions were met with no response. I know other actors who are still waiting on over $700 in checks from shoots they did almost a year ago.
Additionally, I was sent self-tape audition requests, which I returned before the deadline. My auditions were not downloaded from WeTransfer until WEEKS after, so I know that the casting directors did not receive them. Every time I asked a financial question

Thank you Marquita Garnes for the Furniture Print Shoot opportunity I had on 4/18/17. You provided detailed information to me for this booking and I really enjoyed working with the client. They were very hospitable and made me felt at home (on set). Keep up the good work, ECE Talent. I look forward in working with you again. Hope to meet with you in person one day.

I love ECE Talent Agency! I started submitting for them just a few months ago and have already booked 3 different acting jobs. Marquita is amazing, she stays on top of things, and is definitely the best agent/mgmt I've worked with in my 15+ years of acting. I especially appreciate the convenience of being able to book local (even for a lead in a TV show) and not having to bus up to NYC. ECE is everything you'd want and need in a talent agency.

My daughter, Lauren has only been working with Marquita at E.C.E. for a few months now and she has been submitted for several great auditions and has already booked a commercial and a featured lead in a TV show! Marquita has been responsive, professional and hardworking on Lauren's behalf since the beginning. As a mother it is important to me that Lauren is surrounded by people we can trust and who truly have her best interests at heart - Marquita fits that description many times over!

Since I worked for a different Modeling & Talent Agency, it all seemed legit - until after being asked to write a positive review. I didn't post the 5 star review until I got paid for my first job. After writing the review - it's been 4 months and my story is similar to a BBB complaint. My kids acted for a tv series - multiple times of contacting Marquita - many excuses. No payment.

It is an absolute pleasure to work with Marquita Garnes and the E.C.E. Talent Agency! It is obvious to us that Marquita works tirelessly around the clock for both her clients and talent. She responded to our very first submission immediately and then booked an audition for our daughter in the same day. We received detailed and extremely helpful information concerning the role. Marquita then followed up with us within just an hour of our appointment with her client. A few days later, we heard the great news that our little kiddo was chosen to appear in a featured role in an episode on a national
