The Crabtree Swim Club offers family, individual and senior memberships. Being a member allows you unlimited access to the during pool hours as well as volleyball and kids playground. Additionally our members enjoy social activities and volleyball tournaments throughout the summer season. Pool amenities include a cabana, the crab Shack snack shop, lounge chairs umbrella tables and all the activities listed below.
Enjoy a pick up game of Volleyball or Basketball. Invite a friend over for a match of Tennis or Ping Pong. Or kick it poolside for a relaxing game of Shuffle Board, or take a dip for scheduled Water Aerobics and Lap Swim.

The club is totally supported and run by volunteers. Each member is asked to use their talents to help improve our facilities. Volunteers are needed from everything from mowing the grass to helping on various social event committees to help enhance the total pool experience. Email us to inquire how you can get involved.
Pool Rules

Members and their guests must sign in on the registration book located in front of the Snack Bar upon arrival. For everyone's safety, glass, glass bottles, and glass food containers are not permitted within the fenced pool enclosure. Toys/riding devices with wheels, including (but not limited to) bikes and wagons are NOT permitted ANYWHERE within the pool.

We hope you will consider signing up your children for participation on the CSTC swim team, The Swim Machine. Swim team is an excellent way for your child to better his or her swim techniques, meet and exceed personal benchmarks for increased self esteem, and learn the importance of sportsmanship. Swim meets are exciting, fun, and enhance the sense of community.

Celebrating 50+ years, the Crabtree swim team "The Swim Machine" is looking for sponsors to support its summer season. Following many successful seasons winning the Division Championship title, this looks to be our biggest and most exciting year yet. Our swim team is open to all the children in the Raleigh, NC area.

It's always warm and sunny on Crabtree Beach! Email Frank Koch at volleyball@crabtreeswim.com to find out when pick up games are happening. Typically, it's Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. We play 12 months a year! We have Adult Lap Swim on early summer mornings so you can get in your work-out before the temperature rises and the work day starts.
