
Currently to keep my clients and myself safe, I am conducting all clinical sessions through Telehealth. Clients can choose from phone or Teleconference, which ever is most convenient for my clients. As a clinician with over 10 years of experience, I have gained an advanced understanding and training in many mental and emotional struggles, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women's issues, body image issues, and relationship issues.
Through the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I have treated individuals with a balance of acceptance and challenge throughout my career and continue to be a student of the art of counseling. I have my Master's Degree and Doctoral Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education, which has allowed me to be exposed to learn the most evidenced-based practices as a clinician.

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to focus our attention on our thoughts and feelings without judgment. It allows for us to regulate intense emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression and improve our relationships, and be more fully engaged in our own lives. Attending to our relationships allows us to build on healthy relationships, while also ending unhealthy ones.
