Paula has devoted the greater part of her career providing counseling and social services to people in the Tarrant County community. She is skilled in working with people that come from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds, cultures, and sexual orientations. Her primary focus is working collaboratively with individuals to build and improve upon healthy family relations.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING: We offer one-on-one counseling to work through a variety of issues in which the focus is solely on you. Some issues include depression, grief, anxiety, anger, stress or other challenges we face. COUPLES COUNSELING: We provide Couples Therapy to help partners go beyond hurtful, unproductive, and emotional disconnect.

No. Therapists can not prescribe medication. Medications can be a useful tool in the treatment of certain disorders but must be prescribed by a psychiatrist or your primary care doctor. Theapists are very familiar with the medications that are commonly prescribed and we are glad to work closely with your physician or psychiatrist around any medication questions or issues you may have.
