We see the process through from Tenant Lead to Signed Lease by managing the listing, speaking with prospects, lead nuturing, reviewing apps, screening, scheduling, executing agreements and more! See our Leasing section below. We proactively begin our lease renewal process about 90 day before the lease expiration.

If you would like to offer less than the asking rental amount, we are happy to present the offer to the owner, but this may cause delays in processing your application. A: We can hold a home for up to 10 days with an approved application and security deposit.
