A: Although Idaho does not require property managers to be licensed, the owner of Aloha PM has taken extensive training in property management through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Additionally, he is a licensed realtor.
Please note that our office hours are 9-5 Monday - Thursday and although we prefer to conduct business during those hours, we also appreciate that there are situations when a call is required beyond those times so someone is on call 24/7 and will be responsive.A: Distributions are generally sent out between the 10th and 15th of each month and they are deposited directly into your account.

Maintenance

Check and reset the breaker panel or replace blown fuses. Check and rest all GFI outlets (located in the kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, and garages). Check if the plug works off a wall switch. Turn off the water fixture, turn off the water at the supply line and notify Landlord immediately. Check batteries in the thermostat.
