This lab did my retainer and it broke with 2 days. When I asked my doctor they said it might of had an air bubble in it. While waiting 2 weeks for a new one it broke again and it cut my lips and while hungry and bleeding I called the lab my self and the lady I spoke with did not care nor did she try to rush the fab of a new one but rather she said she would does know to my doctor. She never did and I have to wait one more week for a new one that might break again. DO NOT USE THIS 3 STAR lave. There's a reason why they are 3 stars. I did not know that till now

I work for Brightstar Dental, our office has been putting up with ALL OF THE SAME NEGATIVE ISSUES that you can read about in previous reviews. Today, after over 10 years of doing business with them, we have decided to no longer use their services. We wish we had the insight to read the reviews much sooner, it would have saved us many years of headaches.

NEVER USE THIS LAB!!! I am a doctor who was hassling with this lab for years. And yes, I am a true costumer since I know the names - Robert the removable lab main tech, Patty the supervisor and the billing department girl Tia .So don't try top say this is not a true customer. This lab is TERRIBLE - they break models for denture try-ins, they send you broken models at the denture try-in and I had to take a new impressions, they tell you one fee and charge a different fee, and they don't care how many try-ins you do. In addition, they hold your cases because you don;t want to pay them with a credit

Have used Continental for years and the quality of work has always been excellent. They have an absolute no fee remake in the occasional cases that don't fit. Always there for communication as well. Don't let the low prices deceive you, the work is very good and it helps me to pass the savings to the patient.

Poor quality of work and poor billing. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. They advertised one price and then billed other things. Called customer service and told them and they simply did not care. This lab has gone down hill over the years. Dentists DO NOT USE THIS lab!!! There are many other labs in the U.S. that are much better for the price.
