I love connecting with my customers. Usually when a customer shares their address with me, I'll send them a Thank You card for choosing RapidTech for their computer needs. I'll also add them to my holiday card list and mail out cards during the holiday season. These days some people consider it old school.

It's something I enjoy doing. It's a small gesture that goes a long way and helps make a person's day better. Even my computers break down. And, it happened at the last Free Software Saturday. I booted up my laptop and there was an error that the system fan was not working properly. I opened it up real quick.
