The guy who came out to set up my computer had the gull to tell me my brand new computer was cheap. He wouldn't even set up my little girls iPad for her. He spent a whole 30 minutes being unprofessional and rude.

Do not use dr. nerds.
worst customer service and i still can not use my computer.
they replaced my hard drive and now the brightness is permanently fixed on zero or at best a 6%, when compared to another computer (both hp).
the manager, ross curiel who was "helping" me wouldn't tell me his name (found it on fb), would not even acknowledge that anything was wrong with the brightness and claimed repeatadly that it was due to windows 10.
do not take your computer here if you want to use it again. #drnerdswherecomputersgotodie

They charged me $100 just to diagnose a burned-out motherboard. They wanted $500 to fix it. If they could find another motherboard. I found a better computer for $250 off eBay.
