Rates
Report
If rent is not paid on the 1st, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied to your lot fee with an additional fee of $5.00 per day for every day late, starting the 10th. There is a deposit equal to one month (U.S. Funds) required to hold an RV site, which will be applied to your last month's rent. If you leave before your scheduled departure date, you are responsible for the remainder of your lot fee.
