Permanent sites are paid each month, year round. A complete background check is required for renting permanent sites at a cost of $35.00 per person. Washing machines in your unit are an additional $10.00 per month fee. Rates subject to change with a one month prior notice of rent increase. Please check with office for additional rules and a list of available lots.
