I was able to attend a guided meditation with Nicki. I find myself using the techniques Nicki taught me when I am driving and even at night when I am trying to calm my mind and fall asleep. The "quick" meditation of focusing on my center has allowed me to ease stress. I also learned a wonderful technique in looking at the free space in objects (like a tree - instead of looking at the branches, look through the free space the branches create). It is amazing how these little changes in thought and consciousness has helped me. And this is all from just ONE event that I participated in. I highly recommend
