Specifically designed for the foodservice and hospitality industries. Each customer in the program has its own dedicated set of knives-actually two sets-one that is in use and one that is being sharpened. Knife sets are exchanged every 1 to 2 weeks and are delivered by one of our Knife Guys customer representative.
