Five Cities Pediatric Dental Group & Orthodontics has served Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Oceano, and surrounding communities in San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara counties since 2011. Dr. Irma Perez Martinez and Dr. Giancarlo Lauriente specialize in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, and they provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and teenagers of the central coast.

Using modern dental materials and technology, we scientifically assess each child's risk for dental decay and develop individualized strategies for cavity prevention. Bea graduated the Dental Assisting Program at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria and has been in pediatric dentistry ever since. As an RDA, she has extensive chairside experience, but has found a niche for helping our patients and parents in the front office. In her spare time she loves to laugh with her family and friends.
About Us

Dr. Irma is a board-certified pediatric dentist who was born and raised on the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. She is also a specialist in orthodontics. After graduating with honors from dental school, she was admitted to the UCLA School of Dentistry where she studied for four years, completing advanced specialty training programs in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

With his lifelong ties to the Five Cities community, Dr. Giancarlo loves working with kids of the central coast and helping them to enjoy a lifetime of good oral health. Raised in Arroyo Grande, Dr. Giancarlo is extremely grateful to have the chance to give back to his local community. He enjoyed being involved with community groups such as Scouting and youth sports while he grew up.
