At Dig In Baseball, we prepare you to excel exactly when it matters most. Practice makes perfect. We've helped dozens of players reach their dreams of college and professional baseball. We do this through all-pro coaches, trainers, and instructors with more than 110 years of high school, college, and professiona baseball experience.
Their coaching credentials exceed 80 years, and they've won dozens of baseball championships and titles. Through them, we redefine how players age 8 to 22 prepare for our pastime. Although we hope to field teams in every age bracket from age 8 to age 22, and continually look for players and staff to develop them, we now have teams for ages 11 to 22.

What We Offer

What separates us from other tournament-only and showcase teams is that we regularly practice as teams. This sounds funny, but it's the norm for top teams to meet on weekends and play without practicing together. Practicing is an advantage to success. We plan to always take advantage of it. We also have a fierce loyalty and personal connection to our players and their families.
Travel Teams

At each level, we have a particular focus, always looking to what's ahead. We emphasize to our players that they be scholar-athletes. Solid academics are their ticket to play wherever they want. Dig In Baseball players must be highly organized to balance the demands of school, intense practices, and weekend travel tournaments.
Indoor Facility

Our 7,000 square foot indoor training facility in Gaithersburg! The facility has two hitting tunnels, two pitching tunnels, a 1,200 square foot baseball-specific weight room, and a 2nd level "Player's Clubhouse" equipped with TV's, sofas, a PS4, a pool table, table games, and more! The road to success on the baseball field is a year-round commitment.
Camps & Clinics

For each camp or clinic, we bring in knowledgeable instructors with youth league to professional league backgrounds. We typically address improving specific skill sets, reinforcing fundamentals of the game. These instructors provide tips, feedback, guidance, and correct or reiterate fundamental baseball skills.
Private Lessons
Report
Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, gain confidence, prepare for tryouts or just learn how to hit for the first time, private lessons are ideal. In the 1-on-1 setting you get the full attention of the instructor and can have your swing analyzed and refined. A baseball swing is fluid, it is constantly changing.
