You can tell they care a lot about their clients and candidates. They are very thorough in their search process, ensuring we are updated every Friday on their progress. The professionalism of Hartz Search is less than respectable. My interview (for the same VP of Talent Acquisition role), was cancelled twice...both within MINUTES of the scheduled call. Only to be offered the same excuse as I was 2 months prior in April 2020- "the client is seeking someone with healthcare experience."
As an executive/founder of a nationwide staffing staffing agency for 8 years, I have never treated my candidates so poorly, nor have I lacked such knowledge knowing what my client desired in submitted incumbents. The agency should re-evaluate its sourcing process and ensure communication

Beware. Hartz will make you jump through crazy hoops and require a lot of personal information for you and your references for jobs that aren't really available. I suspect it's a front to gather information for "other" purposes.
