If you are new to Pilates we recommend all clients to start with our 3 (55 min) Private Session Package. During these sessions, we will assess your needs and goals and create the best plan for you to meet both your needs. If you already have experience with Small Group Pilates, feel free to start with our 3 Small Group Classes package.
Pilates for Beginners

Pilates is an activity for anyone. Old, young, short, tall, it doesn't matter! Pilates for beginners is an easily accessible fitness option. However, it's not uncommon for us to hear things like, "Oh, that looks too hard, my body won't move like that, " or, "Why would I need to stretch? I already lift weights, throw the ball, kick goals, run, tackle people (or whatever the sport of choice may be).
Pilates for Rehabilitation

We believe in teaching whole body movement with a focus on restoring alignment, finding balance, and reconnecting to your mind and body as a whole. Throughout your rehabilitation process, our instructors focus on teaching you the functional Pilates method of movement to aid your body in continuing to heal itself.

We believe growing older can be a beautiful and positive experience, yet we understand that aging can also come with certain frustrations. Aches, pains and other inconveniences can increase with age.
