Anytime I need anything, him and his staff are so helpful and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and Dr.Case is an outstanding doctor. Ill stick with him as long as I can.

Would not recommend. Wife Is awful. It wasnt just about the money. They cant even keep staff. Its a revolving door. That tells you something. If all these reviews saying the same thing it must be true.

Dr Case is very personable and always takes time to listen at every appointment. He and his staff always go out of their way to quickly set me up with specialists, prescriptions or answers to questions. Im thankful for the help hes given me and my family for many years. Highly recommend!

Probably the most RUDE office staff I have ever met. From insulting my wife, lying about what insurance coverage they have. Make you go in circles trying to get the right person on the phone. Oh and watch out, they might charge you for the wrong kind of visit! Its a shame how CORRUPT this Drs Office is.

We have been going to Dr Case since 2008 when we lived in Warwick Md, one of neighbors recommend the Case Family practice and we never regretted.
Dr Case is most patient, never rushes always listens to my and my wife' ailments. Makes us feel at ease and comfortable. He also is very good at referring you to another Dr for any condition that he does not treat, and so far we have been very happy with his recommendations. Now that we are living in Dover, we feel that the ride to Middletown to see Dr. Case is well worth it. We trust that either he will be able to treat us or give us a name of a doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Case for not even a year. I have never seen a Dr. like him that takes so much time with his patients. I went to see him little over a week ago, because I was having so much pain in my knee. So he suggested that an injection would help. I was so nervous when I went there, but he made me feel so comfortable. I am so happy that I got done, feeling so good since I had the injection. I just wanted to add that I went back again to see Dr. Case 9/7 to get another injection in my other knee. He's so wonderful when he does the injections, & I am so happy that I went to go get
