Fit Fun Bootcamp

We are the un gym. The place where community and people come first. The place where you never have to worry about what you wear, whether you know how to do the exercises, or what you look like because we welcome all. And whether you are a seasoned gym-rat or this is your very first time, we are proud to be your new home.

In our premier program, designed exclusively for those over 50. Come as you are, whether you've never exercised before or whether you are an experienced gym-goer, and discover how our team of highly skilled trainers can help you achieve your goals. Enjoy workouts tailored for your age and abilities, 1:1 coaching and support from our trainers, and a welcoming and supportive community to help you succeed.

Fun, effective workouts that increase your strength and energy are just the beginning of this program. Our small group discussions and thoughtful 12 week curriculum will help you improve your mindset, transform your nutrition, and discover the deeper issues that have been holding you back in the past.

All of our programs are offered in person and simultaneously live-streamed via Zoom, so you can join us wherever you are. In addition, we offer an extensive library of pre-recorded workout videos, yoga videos, meditations, and other resources on our private online members-only area, and personal accountability and coaching with one of our trainers via our app.

In our safe, welcoming community of stay-at-home moms (and a few dads!) while your kids have fun in our free childcare. Come as you are and never worry about what others think because no-one will be looking at you!
