Don O'Neal and Bob Moore founded FrameMasters in Fairfax, Virginia, in 1974 with the unique purpose of operating a customer-friendly wholesale framing business with a real hands-on manner. After nearly 45 years of serving the community they have handed the torch to new owners, Maria (Lu) and Thomas Leuchtner.
