Art Partners Custom Picture Framing began by Barbara Sweeney in 2007, after purchasing Forget Me Not Framing which was located in Ashton, Maryland. She soon moved the shop to Clarksville, Maryland and Art Partners Custom Picture Framing was born!
After a glorious 10 years of serving our wonderful customer base (many of whom still frequent us) in Clarksville, Barbara and team decided the best decision was to move the business one final time-to our beautifully appointed studio out of Barbara's home in Colesville/Silver Spring, Maryland, in the spring of 2017, where our shop resides today.As we are now a home-based business, our drop off/design sessions and pickup are by appointment only.

We have many years of framing experience to offer and, because many of us are artists, we have a unique perspective to offer you. We frame with top quality products. We use acid free materials and mounting boards by major manufacturers like Artique, Bainbridge, Crescent and Peterboro. We add Tru-Vue Glass that provides 99% ultra violet light protection for your artwork; available in Conservation Clear, Museum, and Acrylic.

Art Partners (previously in Clarksville, MD) has relocated to a beautiful home studio a short stones throw away in Colesville, MD. Because we are located inside a private residence, we are available for our free consultations and frame design, drop off and pick up by appointment only. This allows us more flexibility than when we had a storefront to connect with you when your schedule allows!
