Critical:Professionalism,Quality
Horrible people to deal with - from Sales Management to the Residential Project Manager. They are rude and unprofessional. The entire process will be painful. Good luck if you can endure the lies and inconsistencies. There are much more professional builders in the area. Seek them out instead.

My experience with American Properties was amazing from start to finish. The whole team has been responsive, friendly and helpful. Kelly, Mike, Tara, Philomena, Brian and all the guys on the construction site, sales office and main office have been so friendly and accommodating! I cant say enough about how beautiful my home turned out! The 10 ft island is a gorgeous centerpiece to the huge great room! Thank you American Properties team!

Great experience with American Properties new construction community in Middletown! The entire sales team is amazing. Kelly, Tara, and Mike almost feel like family at this point. Ive really enjoyed the design processso many great options to choose from!! My husband & I couldnt be more excited for the delivery of our new home early next year!

Save yourself the headache, as soon as they have your money on a poorly built home they will almost completely ignore you on getting things corrected, requiring multiple calls to get a response and then call you a liar when you find things they didn’t do right. Huge regret coming here
