About Us

The idea for The FURlough Dog Daycare and Pet Resort was inspired by our love for dogs (and cats) and the recognition of the massive need for daycare and boarding services for busy families in our community. We love our pets as family members and, when circumstances allow, we take them with us on excursions and adventures.
Doggie Daycare

Full or half day options are available for your pup to come and play in our supervised, interactive play areas. Our indoor play areas are comfortable and homey and include lots of ear scratches and tummy rubs. The outdoor play areas have plenty of room to get the wiggles out and just enjoy the outdoors.
Home Visits

If you feel your pet would be best served in the comforts of their own home we do offer in-home care services. We will come to your house and let your pups out, scoop your cat litter, feed all the pets, take the dog(s) for a walk or just play for a little while. Dog Grooming

We offer a full array of dog grooming services to match your individual needs including bath and blow-dry, breed specific cuts, nail trims, and much more. FULL GROOM - Includes bath, blow dry, all over haircut, brushing, nail trimming, sanitary clip, anal glands expressed, and ears plucked and cleaned.

The FURlough will accept all dogs regardless of breed but we do realize that there are just some dogs that are not suited for an environment such as ours. That does not mean that they are a bad dog, it just means that they are not comfortable with an open play environment such as ours and might not be successful here.
