Bishop John J Snyder High School
The mission of Bishop John J. Snyder High School, a college preparatory school, is to assist in the ongoing formation of young men and women of competence, conscience and compassion, faithful to the Gospel and teachings of the Catholic Church. We, the faculty and administration, are dedicated to providing a Catholic education to our students, guiding them to become significant contributors to our academic community and society.

We endeavor to instill a strong Christian character built on the highest of moral and ethical codes.

Please see ENROLL below. Applications for the 2022-23 school year may be submitted at any time. If your student does not attend a Diocese of St. Augustine school, then you will use the Online Application. Application and Enrollment- this document outlines the application and enrollment process. Once all documents (including recommendation emails) have been submitted, they will be reviewed by our School Counselors.
High School Placement Test

At Bishop John J. Snyder High School, we strive to place students in courses that find the balance between being challenged and finding success. The High School Placement Test (HSPT(R)) is administered to rising 9th grade students. If your rising freshman did not take this test, please call Shelley Gudzak at 904-908-8978 to schedule this test.
