Services
Steam Cleaning
Our truck-mounted steam cleaning system uses high-pressure hot water extraction to remove deep-seated dirt and bacteria. This method meets carpet manufacturers' annual maintenance recommendations while ensuring rapid drying through industrial air movers. The process effectively sanitizes surfaces while preserving material integrity.
Dry Cleaning
This eco-conscious method employs minimal water and biodegradable cleaning compounds for quick turnaround. Ideal for commercial spaces and emergency situations, it prevents water damage while maintaining thorough soil removal through advanced dry compound technology and rotary scrubbing systems.
Water Restoration
We specialize in comprehensive water damage mitigation using industrial extraction equipment and thermal drying systems. Our technicians implement structural drying protocols to prevent mold growth while restoring carpets, subfloors, and building materials to pre-loss condition following plumbing failures or natural disasters.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our technicians clean all fabric types including delicate draperies and antique furniture using pH-balanced solutions. The process removes embedded soils while protecting fibers through gentle agitation techniques and post-cleaning protectant applications that resist future staining and wear.
Tile Restoration
We restore ceramic, marble, and natural stone surfaces through deep grout cleaning and diamond polishing systems. Our non-acidic cleaners remove built-up residue while sealing processes protect against future staining, maintaining the longevity and aesthetic value of hard surface floors.

They were listed in the Santa Barbara Axxess Book with a good discount. I gave them a call and Carlos responded promptly. He came and looked at my place and gave me a great quote for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and tile cleaning. On the day we scheduled they were very prompt and did a fantastic job cleaning everything. They even put things away for me after I moved furniture, etc. to help make access for them. Highly recommended! Carlos definitely knows what hes talking about when I asked about specific cleaning advice. I very impressed with the quality of their service especially

It was Friday night, I spilled some red wine on my beautiful rug in the living room. We made many phone calls, but no one was able to come. Finally we got a YES answer, that was Carlos. He came after 45 minutes, and did a fantastic job. He was professional and friendly, the price was reasonable. I will definitely use him again.
