If you are not satisfied, we will return to complete the job. Our cleaning teams are based out of our downtown Santa Barbara headquarters. Our professionals can maintain your home or office weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time. In addition, we offer basic and deluxe cleaning services, or you can customize your service from our a la carte menu.

The Deluxe package includes everything in the basic cleaning plus a more thourough detailed cleaning. We offer steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery using a truck mounted steam cleaning system. Our vacation rental package provides a great general cleaning of your vacation rental property plus all those extra details!

Below is a list of our most popular cleaning services and a description of what is included in each service. We are happy to help you customize or modify a cleaning. Vacuum all exposed uncarpeted and carpeted floors, and some upholstered furniture and blinds per cleaning.
Completely wet wipe all light switches, door jams and knobs, open shelving, ledges, plastic trash containers and painted woodwork including baseboards, cabinet faces, and windowsills.The following services can be added to any of our 3 cleaning packages, or requested on their own if the total meets our minimum service purchase.

These are our regular packages but we can set up a cleaning service that works with your budget. La Carte items start as low as $50. The prices depend on the requested services. La Carte services must be added to one of our 3 packages OR meet our minimum service purchase of $100. Prices are based on average sized homes.
