The Mindry is a meditation, yoga, and wellness lifestyle brand founded in 2019 by lifelong soul sisters and Malibu locals, Jen Rossi and Willow Kalatchi. As female entrepreneurs managing families and successful businesses, they both tapped into the profound powers of meditation, mindfulness and yoga as tools to manage the pressures of their ever-accelerating lifestyles.

ALL workshops a month - this includes weekend workshops, as well as walking meditations and outdoor workshops. Our first priority is making sure that all of our guides and clients at the studio feel safe - as meditators, yogis, and healers, we know that establishing a safe space is essential for these practices to be effective.

The overall benefits meditation practice are too numerous to list - below is an overview of some of the healing effects that our different Meditation modalities can bring to you - however you may and will experience so much more! The breath is often described as the link between mind and body. When we work with the breath, we learn how to better process and regulate emotions, such as fear, pain and trauma.
Private Sessions

This session involves spiritual coaching and guided meditation. After discussing the area of your life or pattern you wish to let go of, we then apply the practices of mindfulness to your individual difficulties. Or it better suited, we will work deeply with the subconscious using guided imagery and hypnosis to release old habits and ways of being, and create new pathways for growth and change.

Alexandra is a devoted practitioner and teacher of yoga, meditation, and spiritual self-inquiry. Originally from Canada, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an MA in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University (2000+ hours of study), as well as certificates in Yoga, Mindfulness and Social Change, Yoga Therapy RX Level 1, Jaina Yoga Studies (obtained in Delhi, India through ISSJS) and a 200 hour teacher training in the Ram Dass lineage.
