Therapists
Report
I have known my whole life that I wanted to be a therapist, even before I was aware of the profession as a formal craft. I am a down-to-earth therapist with a warm & direct approach, with plenty of knowledge about how to help families, couples, and individuals who are ready GROW. I bring a strengths-based perspective to my work to cultivate a genuine working relationship founded upon unconditional positive regard.
Individual Therapy
Report
Growth occurs when individuals confront problems, struggle to master them, and through that struggle develop new aspects of their skills, capacities, and views about life. Individual therapy is a place to gain insights, skills and resolution to whatever may be going on in your life that is keeping you stuck.
Couples Therapy
Report
In order to get to a healthier and more productive place, we need to give up our fear of conflict, turmoil and resistance. Relationships can be one of the most rewarding, albeit challenging aspects of our lives. While they often begin with fun and excitement, over time issues commonly arise. It can be difficult to know for certain if it is time to see a professional counselor for relationship concerns.
Group Therapy
Report
Members of a cohesive group feel warmth and comfort in the group and a sense of belonging; they value the group and feel in turn that they are valued, accepted, and supported by other members. Group therapy can help you realize that you are not alone with social support, while also helping you take active steps to solve the issues at hand.
