CrossBridge Counseling
Helen Keller once said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." The reason this quote resonates with me is because, as a therapist, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people during times when they have felt alone, vulnerable, or overwhelmed. With my help, they learn to "listen" to their emotions and gain more control.

So often, when we are alone during a difficult time, our ability to see beyond such challenges becomes compromised. Our vision narrows and hope dims. But through the collaborative efforts of the client and the therapist, healing, growth, and change can happen. Hope is restored.

I have known Trish for over 20 years and during that time referred numerous individuals to her for counseling. Trish is an amazing counselor whose intelligence, accompanied by her great compassion, allows for a level of depth that is unmatched in this field. I highly recommend her if you are seeking excellence in counseling.

Trish is beyond amazing! I started meeting with Trish when I was a student at Davidson College and she enthusiastically helped me navigate college stress, mental health, and some self discovery. In the time since then, I have had the opportunity to try meeting with several different counselors in my area but I struggled to find someone with the dexterity and determination that Trish brings to her job. I cannot emphasize enough, how much Trish's persistence makes a difference. Her commitment to communication has gotten me through some challenging topics but it is her profound patience and resounding
