We provide support for Windows Desktop, Laptop and All-In-One Computers. We value your budget and your time. We provide our customers with the most sensible solution and most repairs are completed in just one business day or less*.

Many of our repair services can take several hours to complete which is why the majority of our repairs are covered for a flat-rate fee. Since we are a small family ran business we will always offer you the most cost effective solution and will never aim to sell you something you don't need or something that won't benefit you in some way.
Computer Clean-up
Report
If your computer is running slow, has never had maintenance, is experiencing errors or is suspected of being infected with a virus or malware we recommend having a clean-up done on your computer. Clean-ups are a flat rate of $99. During the month of March and September we offer a $20 clean-up discount to help drive the importance of computer maintenance while helping to offset the cost of regular maintenance for our regular clients.
Backup Solutions
Report
We always recommend backing up any data that is important to you. If you only have one copy of important data then your data could be at risk due to hardware failure, viruses or accidental deletion. If you utilize cloud storage for important data then you already have a great solution in place. Copy Files to Media
Report
If you don't need all of the data on your drive saved you might want to copy some of your data to a CD, DVD or another external media drive such as a flash drive. If you need you would like to transfer your entire hard drive contents to another computer or device see our data transfer services. Note: We can only burn to a DVD if you the computer you intend on reading the data with has a DVD-ROM drive.
Diagnostics
Report
We will inspect your computer for hardware or software damage and will give you an estimate for the repair. This fee is WAIVED if you have the repair work completed or purchase a new computer through us. Through diagnostics, we will be able to determine if physical hardware is preventing your system from functioning properly, or if software installed on the computer is causing a conflict.
