It's just that you're blocking it by not allowing yourself to receive. One thing that I notice so many people do is assume that their life is going to be the same in 3-6 months time. They assume that they'll be making the same amount of money, in the same job, with the same health issues, in the same city and with the same relationship (if it's a bad one).
By assuming that you're life is going to stay the same, you are basically closing yourself off to infinite potential. You are literally closing yourself off to the fact that you could change your life in an instant. So when you stop yourself from doing things that your souls want you to do because you assume that you'll be on the same paycheck come November, you, therefore, manifest that and you close yourself off to your next level.
