Ive been receiving Reiki treatments from Yisbel twice a month for about 3 months now to help with my anxiety and depression. I went to her feeling very distressed and working on some very old wounds. This pandemic really hit me hard, I was seriously struggling with obsessive thoughts, feeling unworthy, and lacked a sense of direction.
