Barn Weddings
Our 7,000 sq ft barndominium provides a versatile indoor space for weddings with full heating and air conditioning. The venue includes bride and groom suites, indoor bathrooms, and accommodates up to 200 guests with 400 white padded chairs. The space features modern amenities while maintaining rustic charm through farm tables and natural wood elements.
Outdoor Ceremonies
The 20-acre property offers multiple outdoor ceremony options including forested areas, meadows, and creek-side locations. We provide 3-10x20 white pop-up tents, park benches, and shepherd hooks for decor. The grounds feature natural mountain views and include setup/teardown of tables and chairs for ceremonies of any size.
Elopement Packages
Our elopement package includes exclusive access to the estate for three days, with lodging for up to 24 guests. The package accommodates up to 50 event guests with 9 farm tables and includes basic event equipment. Available November to April with flexible scheduling options for weekday ceremonies.
Corporate Events
The venue accommodates corporate events with flexible indoor/outdoor spaces and modern amenities. Features include 7,000 sq ft of event space, parking for 100+ vehicles, and equipment including tables, chairs, and decor items. The property offers a unique setting for team-building activities and business gatherings.
Lodging Options
We offer on-site lodging for up to 25 overnight guests with multiple lodging options within 10 miles. The estate includes two golf carts for property access, wheelchair accessible areas, and amenities like coffee service and outdoor heating. We attended a birthday party there. The place is spectacular, well maintained, spacious, and the rolling doors made it feel bigger. Cece is a wonderful host and super on top of every moment.

My husband and I decided on Carson Creek after visiting the forest hollow. My husband was hooked, and I really liked the setting as well. We toured in Spring 2020, while being told about plans to build the barn on site for receptions (there was just an area cleared out for a foundation when we toured. We thought for sure that the barn would be done enough in time for our July 2021 wedding--and we were right, but just by the skin of our teeth! And we really have to thank Cecelia and Seth for that. During the pandemic, as most know there were shortages and shipping delays across the board. However

I was a guest at a recent reception held the end of August held at Carson Creek Estate in Bellingham, WA. The venue is absolutely beautiful. A huge barn that is so beautiful as is the outside arrangements. The setting is just beautiful. The owners of the venue were onsite the entire evening and extremely helpful. Go look at their website if you are interested in a fabulous indoor/outdoor venue.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at Carson Creek late August and could not have asked for a more beautiful venue! The outdoor space is very peaceful, rustic and I cannot believe the vision the Carson's have for their future. The Hollow is gorgeous! A short walk down a gravel walk way takes you to a beautiful hidden spot to have a wedding ceremony is really unique. The barn is breathtaking! So many unique ideas and lots of creativity went into building this massive structure! There is a bridal suite with full washroom to get ready on the main floor, a second and even third floor for

I was there for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception. I don't have the right words to describe what an awesome place. It was an absolutely beautiful location for their reception! Felt secluded, was easy to get to and close to town. Anyone choosing to have their event here, whatever it may be, made a great decision! It will be spectacular.
