Certified Pilates Instructor by Romana Kryzanowska; International Pilates and Physical Therapy Center; 2003. Prior to working at Thrive, her background included several years of experience in customer service, intake coordination and office management. She is known among her coworkers as the go-to person to get things done.
Home Exercises
Report
You'll receive a personalized home exercise program when you're our patient. Throughout the therapy episode, we update your program, progressing it until you achieve your goals. Exercises that are prescribed are specifically targeted to you. We assign exercises that address: flexibility, strength, balance and agility, motor control, pain relief, or changes you need to make as you move throughout your day.

We provide transparency, so you know upfront what your estimated out-of-pocket costs will be. As a service, we verify your physical therapy benefits prior to your first visit and bill your insurance for you. At your first appointment, we provide an estimate of what your visits will cost. We're in-network with most insurers.

We'll review your physical therapy benefits and provide you with an estimate of your cost. Palpation - touching around the area of the pain/problem. This is done to check for the presence of tenderness, swelling, soft tissue integrity, tissue temperature, inflammation, etc. Range of Motion (ROM) - the therapist will move the joint(s) to check for the quality of movement and any restrictions.
