Breda has been a physical therapist since 1979. She has practiced outpatient orthopedics in the United States, Canada and even Ireland. In 1990 she started working at St. Luke's as the outpatient Physical Therapy Supervisor. In 1997, Breda opened Hands-On Physical Therapy. Breda graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at the University of Dublin, Ireland in 1979.
