Elvio and Sons made our pool and patio dreams come true. I spent a year researching and inquiring about pool installation. I reached out to several pool installers. When Elvio came out to discuss our project and gave his presentation, I knew we found our contractor. Elvio is very knowledgable, straight forward, and was happy to answer all of our questions throughout the design and build process. I called Elvio and Sons and scheduled an appointment for Elvio to meet with us on Sat 1/16. We are planning to install a large pool patio in 2021. Needless to say no one showed for the appointment. I called back and left 2 voice messages and even entered a request on their website. I still havent received a call back or heard from them over 2 weeks later. The unfortunate part is they installed a patio for me several years ago...I didnt have any issues then and the final product was great! Poor business to schedule an appointment with someone then not show or call...

After calling numerous pool installation companies last summer, I was very impressed with Elvio and sons presentation and responsiveness. Quick call backs and prompt attention I have found to be a rarity and was very impressive. There was no pressure given on any decisions, Elvio was very straight forward about options, costs vs. benefits, and let us make informed decisions. His crew is extremely professional and knowledgable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality cannot be debated, our pool is simply impressive and everything we were hoping for. After 3 years of debating whether or not to invest in an in-ground pool, we decided to pull the trigger last fall. I HIGHLY recommend this company for a pool installation! Over the years I have used many different contractors for different jobs a my house and Elvio and Sons was by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They returned calls quickly, came when they said they would and finished the project ahead of schedule. Any time I had a question they took the time to explain and answer for me. Being a single mom sometimes contractors try and take advantage. This is truly a family company that treats EVERYONE with respect. They also create beautiful pools for a very reasonable price!
