As a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry and a Developmental Psychologist, I have dedicated my career to providing comprehensive mental health care for children, adolescents, families, and adults. With over 15 years of experience in psychiatric mental health and psychotherapy, I integrate evidence-based practices with personalized care to address depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood dysregulation, and relationship challenges. My dual expertise as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a PhD in Developmental Psychology allows me to combine biological, psychological, and environmental perspectives in treatment planning.
