Back Pain and Sciatica
Report
I had 25+ years of extreme strain on my back and neck from years of competitive tennis and sitting at a desk, and had never received treatment for it - just one massage years ago. All the stress over the years and strain on my body had built up. When I saw David I could barely turn my neck to one side.
Neck Pain Relief
Report
Excellent care from Gena, who figured out the root cause of my neck pain immediately (nerve issues!) I had tried just about everything for my neck/shoulder pain and dry needling with Gena has been by far the most effective treatment. I see her every 6 weeks for maintenance treatments now and I'm pain free!
Shoulder Pain
Report
I had tried just about everything for my neck/shoulder pain and dry needling with Gena has been by far the most effective treatment. I see her every 6 weeks for maintenance treatments now and I'm pain free! Because we use our shoulders for almost every movement, it's a big deal if they bother us!

There are numerous causes of shoulder pain, and the severity of the pain can range from minor discomfort caused by a pulled muscle to agonizing bone-on-bone friction caused by arthritis.Shoulder pain can develop as a result of an injury, giving you the impression that your shoulder is immobile.
Hip and Knee Pain
Report
Hip and knee pain can be debilitating, especially if you have both at the same time. You may believe that taking over-the-counter medications is the only way to relieve your pain. Physical therapy, on the other hand, is a more effective option! Whether you have hip pain, knee pain, or both, physical therapy can help you get to the bottom of your problem in a safe and comfortable way, without the need for dangerous drugs or invasive surgery.
