Our residential air duct cleaning service eliminates allergens and dust buildup, improving indoor air quality and HVAC efficiency. Using powerful gas-operated equipment, we thoroughly clean all duct components without creating messes. This service helps homeowners breathe cleaner air while lowering energy costs.
Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
Designed for office buildings, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities, our commercial air duct cleaning enhances workplace air quality and system performance. Regular maintenance reduces employee sick days and protects sensitive equipment from dust damage. Our self-contained units remediate mold, bacteria, and VOCs while meeting commercial building codes. Clients benefit from improved airflow, lower energy bills, and healthier environments for staff and customers.
Chimney Cleaning
Our chimney cleaning service removes soot and debris buildup to prevent fire hazards and carbon monoxide risks. Annual inspections ensure proper functionality and code compliance. The process reduces unpleasant odors, improves furnace efficiency, and maintains structural integrity. Technicians use specialized tools to clean flues thoroughly, providing safety certifications upon completion for homeowner peace of mind.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
This critical safety service removes lint buildup from dryer exhaust systems to prevent house fires. Our technicians identify installation issues while improving appliance efficiency and reducing drying times. Regular maintenance extends dryer lifespan and lowers energy bills. The service includes comprehensive system checks from appliance connection to exterior vent, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
Air Duct Sanitizing
Using EPA-registered Bio-Cide EnviroCon, our sanitizing treatment eliminates mold, bacteria, and odor-causing microorganisms from HVAC systems. The non-toxic solution leaves no chemical residue while addressing microbial growth at its source. Applied after cleaning, this service enhances air quality by neutralizing contaminants throughout the ductwork, providing long-lasting protection against biological pollutants.

To Whom it May Concern:
I wanted to send a "5-Star" review for Dan, our technician who serviced our air duct cleaning yesterday. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. I appreciated his willingness to work around our lives and to explain the process completely to me. I would highly recommend Dan and Quality Air to others. I will request him again in the future! Thank you,

This was the second time we used Quality Air. We started using them when I worked for a local home builder that used them for construction cleans and then quickly started using them for our own house. I was happy to hear they were recommended by neighbors once we moved in to our current house. They always do a through job and are much more cost competitive that other HVAC providers we work with. Everything is clean and smells fresher, too! Will use again for future cleans.

Very professional and friendly! The guy who came out was great, though I do wish he had worn a mask while inside. They got a bunch of stuff cleaned out of our ducts and we were happy with the result.

Booked the service as the price for the offered gas powered air duct cleaning is reasonable. Added the sanitizing as extra. Total is $250. Just had the service done this weekend. Wish there were photos taken before and after. So far so good. Will see. Thank you.
