RPM came out to diagnose my issue (burnt out blower motor) on my amana furnace. Steve was my technician. He wore foot coverings and a face mask. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Their prices are fair and they are timely and reliable. My issue was fixed same day. I will be using them for all future HVAC needs as well as starting a maintenance agreement with them.

We didn't have heat so I called Ridgeway this morning and they came out this afternoon which is commendable since it's been extremely cold out and I'm sure all HVAC companies are swamped. Their technician was very friendly & polite and was able to fix the problem. I highly recommend RPM Inc.

We contacted RPM (the owner Gina) in July to service our furnace/ac unit after a flood. A technician came out and did a wellness check on the furnace (charged us $120 for the visit) and gave us a clean bill of health. When turning on the furnace this week, it is blowing cold air. We promptly contacted Gina again, and were told they need to… charge us again because the technician is no longer working for the company and both he and Gina didn't take "good notes" so there is no history on what was done with the furnace. Just ridiculous as we just paid for a "wellness check" back in July and

Excellent Service! Technichian came out right away for leak under my blower unit. I live in a condo, so this was extra important to get the problem resolved quickly! My technician James was great! Highly recommend this company!! Fast service!
