What are your appointment scheduling policies?
We charge $150 for missed physical appointments and $75 for non-physical no-shows after the first offense. We recommend calling at least one business day in advance to cancel.

Let me tell you, I have avoid visiting the doctors unless I absolutely need it as none of my experiences have ever been pleasant. However, this all changed after I visited this practice. Getting an appt was easy. I got two friendly reminders of my appt one at 1 week prior and one a day before . My check in was the smoothest with the amazing friendly staff and my appt started right at 1pm as it was scheduled , not a second late. I was in and out in 40 minutes on a woman annual exam. Dr Cheri is absolutely wonderful. This is what healthcare should be like and hopefully other doctors can take a lesson
