Report
Meet the incredible horses who call EquiCenter home! Each of our herd members is unique and offers a different ride for our participants, but they all have one thing in common, they are incredibly special and help change lives each time they step into the ring. Alf is a 21-year-old Halflinger pony standing about 14 hands tall.
Programs
Report
Participants ranging from 3 to 83 years old join sessions to experience adaptive horseback riding. Lessons vary in length from half an hour to an hour and are tailored to help each rider meet their individual goals. The EquiCenter is home to a 3-acre organic farm which not only provides nutritious food to a variety of causes, it also welcomes participants and volunteers into it's fields to learn about planting, growing and harvesting.
Adaptive Riding
Report
Our adaptive riding program has helped hundreds of children and adults reach their individual goals and we are looking forward to helping hundreds more. Riders participate in adaptive riding lessons that provide benefits in accordance with the individual's goals. Lessons are tailored to provide optimum experiences for each student.
