I can't say enough good things about the lunchtime fitness class Billy offers! I feel challenged but the class is appropriate for any fitness level. They provide a much-needed break from my office chair which seems to be attached to my backside most of the time. This past year was tough, and Billy's classes continue to get me through the week.

There are millions of trainers and gyms in the world! Millions of people that know everything there is to know about training and their craft. However, there is something that many of them are lacking that Billy has, it's a special aura about him that makes me want to come in and train with him! I actually get excited knowing I get to train with him on a particular day!

ANABO means "ignite" in Greek. All you need is a spark and your body will take care of the rest. Our workouts raise your resting metabolism in a short period of time forcing your body to use stored body fat for many hours following. Hour long, traditional exercise is valid, however our program minimizes your time in the gym so you can spend your valuable minutes elsewhere!

Through years of meticulous research and individual study we devised a set of standards that, when combined with our strength program promotes good health and helps to engineer a stronger, fit body. There are 9 standards. The more of them you incorporate into your nutrition, the healthier, leaner and stronger you will be.

ANABOfit is an exercise program designed to improve your strength in steps. It conditions your mind and body to get stronger. Together we determine your Fit Baseline. You determine your individual goals and the FitLevel you want to accomplish, Fit1, Fit2, Fit3, Fit4 or Fit5. From there we will provide the most efficient path.
