The name is inspired by Schultz's love for French Pastry, her grandparents love for baking and their homegrown fig trees. Fig Tree specializes in macarons, custom cakes, vegan, gluten free and keto but also has ties in Schultz's Sicilian roots. After amassing a steady and loyal customer base, Schultz sought out a starter-space to expand her reach and widen her ties to the Buffalo community.

Schultz graduated from Niagara Falls Culinary Institute in 2017 and has a history of working with small locally and women owned businesses. A competitive swimmer for over a decade, Schultz is no stranger to beating an old record and out-doing herself; which you can see in her body of work available on Instagram and Facebook (@figtreepatisserie), where you can also see her full standing menu and rotating holiday menu.

Macarons

We offer a variety of flavors and one new flavor every single month! We can create custom colors and flavors for any event. Our macarons are filled with traditional buttercream and/or ganache, however, we also offer other unique fillings. All of our macarons are gluten free and can also be made dairy free as well.

All of our cakes are carefully crafted, and we can assure you that your cake will be 100% unique. We also make a promise to our customers that all of our cakes will taste just as amazing as they look!

Answer: We have an arrangement of pastries every day in the cases, including french pastry, vegan, vegan gluten free, gluten free and keto items. Answer: While we specialize in being allergy friendly, we are not completely free of nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, eggs or gluten items because they are made in the same facility.
Refunds
Report
You can cancel a cake 7 days prior with a full refund, 5 days prior with a 50% refund and 3 or less days prior with a 25% refund. Once the cake leaves the bakery we are not responsible for any breakage, or damage to the cake. No exceptions. If you keep your cake cold, and level, the cake will not fall apart, all of our cakes have dowels so they are MORE than stable.
